This product is ok... the directions aren't great as my wife and I figured out a better way to assemble it. The holes in the cross supports are mis drilled so alignment of the supports was not as easy as it should have been. The pilot holes for the top runners are larger than the fasteners provided... so I had to go to the store to purchase a larger screws to fit. I could have just returned it but that is too much of a hassle since they screws were needed for the last part of the build and I'...

Missing parts, scratches
I think that the arbor that I received may have been a returned item; one of the two boxes it came in had heavily taped sides and an open top. Two of the post caps for the top were missing(planning on purchasing 4 that are much nicer from our local fence company)and there were multiple scratches and scuff marks on almost all of the pieces. It also isn’t as sturdy as I’d hoped, but for the price I wasn’t really expecting top of the line. I was, however, expecting new.. It would be more of a hass...
