not as good as it was

Flimsy compared to earlier product. does not stand up to even mild heat without blowing holes Double sided tape is difficult to peel. very disappointing. You can seal the holes with clear packing tape, but you shouldn't have to.Been doing this for 33 years, but last 3-4 have noticed inferior quality.

Great for weather proofing

Keeps the heat in and keeps the cold out what more could you ask for?

low rating due to opened box/missing items

did an online order for weatherization kits, picked it up to help a family out of state, once there opened package and noticed one box was opened and the 2 rolls off two-side tape was missing. called store i ordered from and they were no help. said i could drive back to that lowes to return.... hence I drove out of state.

disappointed this year

I have purchased this product for a few years and was happy this year for some reason the tape will not stay on! Not just one window, all of them, don't know if I would purchase again!

Good plastic, so-so tape

I like that the plastic comes in such large sheets, which is useful if you have large or unusually shaped windows. The tape, on the other hand, is inferior compared to Frost King brand.

Use this every winter

We use this on every bedroom window. Stops drafts and shrinks smooth and very clear.

Worked for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works just fine for me. If anything, it works too well. My bedroom window has a horrible draft & I am miserable during the winter. Since I started using it, I have to keep my bedroom vents closed & cannot be bundled up for too long. I think the key is to apply the film when the outside temp is above 40F & clean the window frame with rubbing alcohol before applying.

Do not recomment

There is an exceedingly small margin for error with this product and I'm otherwise a pretty handy individual. I love other Duck products, but this one really missed the mark. The only way I'd recommend it is if you had really small windows and used some other kind of product to attach the plastic to the windows.
