Mobility Scooter
Easy on-line transaction. Placed the order and in approximately one week the scooter arrived at my door step, direct from the factory. I did my homework, best product that fit my wife's needs and the best price. We are completely satisfied in all respects.

Battry won't hold a charge
I have had this scooter for over a year now, and after replacing the original battery pack, I am now going to have to replace the second one. Batteries seem to hold a decent charge for about two months, and then start slowing down the speed of the scooter until, finally not holding a charge for very long at all. Drive is definitely NOT the scooter I will buy in the future.

Changed My Life
I bought the Phoenix HD 4 at the insistence of my kids. I have a very painful back condition, and I use a rollator and a cane to get around. Even with those aides, I could only go short distances. The HD4 has changed my life. Yesterday I went to the Bronx Zoo with my kids and one of my grandsons (who is 3 and knows where I keep the HD4 key, and wants to "Go Faster Grandpa"). I used the HD4 from 11am to 5pm, all over the zoo. It was terrific!! To my amazement, I had plenty of battery left...

Great scooter
This is a great scooter. My mother-in-law uses it. It is very steady and will travel at faster than a normal walking pace so you do not have to wait for the scooter to catch up. We spent the day at LegoLand and it operated all day on a single charge with plenty of battery power to remain.

best scooter
I bought this scooter so that I would be able to get out and do stuff because walking is so hard for me due to a knee that needs surgery but surgery isn't an option at this time. It also comes apart so I can transport when I go out of town.

How wide is the scooter? I need a heavy duty scooter for at least 325 pounds that can get through a 20 inch door.
