WORST ROLLATOR EVER

WORST ROLLATOR EVER. ALWAYS FALLING APART. THE WHEELS, BALL BEARINGS, THE BACK RELEASE BUTTON, THE KNOBS, THE BRAKES. I'VE HAD AT LEAST 4 OF MODEL # 10215 RD1 OVER THE PAST 13 YEARS. THE SAME PROBLEMS KEEP HAPPENING . I AGREE TO YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER DURESS.I CANNOT IN MY RIGHT MIND INDEMNIFY DRIVE MEDICAL

Can’t get correct replacement parts

My sister got this walker and it worked great for a few months. Then one if the wheel’s bearings failed and we have been trying for NINE MONTHS to get replacement parts that work. Forest time they shipped parts for front wheel rather than the brien back wheel. Later shipment parts do not fit. Charged her twice. Very dissatisfied.

Simply the best walker

Had leg surgery this unit works great for me. I can still go to ball games, restaurants etc..

Parts alert!

Got this rollator for my husband after he spent 6 weeks in hospital. He weighs 425 lbs. and limit on this states 500. We have had to have the rear wheels replaced twice and are in need of replacing one again. The wheel bearings do not hold up. Wish there was a heavier duty wheel for this as it is great other whys.

Disappointing quality and materials

This rollator was provided to me by my insurance. I had no choice. It replace a Nova rollator. The quality of the design and materials was unspectacular. The rollator would creak and wobble while sitting on it at the sink. It felt unsafe at times. The wheels are made of hard plastic and would slip sideways on the floors. The brakes were terrible, often not holding the wheels from turning. If I squeezed the handle as tight as I could, the wheels would lock but an average squeeze would not...

Great walker

This walker is superior to any other I've had. It folds up and takes a lot of abuse, it gets thrown into the back of my truck on a daily basis. The process of securing parts is to call Drive @ 866-621-4933 and they will advise you of the necessary part number. Parts can be ordered by calling 800-328-5343. I'm over 6' tall and weigh 260+ and this rollator is absolutely great. I can't imagine a better rollator.

love this walker

i received my walker thru Barnes healthcare svcs. in Valdosta ga and i love it it is of superior quality extra large seat enough room for my feet to fit btween the two rear tires when i am walking with it. recommend it to everyone.

Really nice rollator and easy to use. One small complaint, it doesn't fit through normal interior household doors.
