Totally a horrible shower door. Had a professional glass company come and install it. They have been back 4 times because like everyone else's reviews the door continues to sag out of alignment and contacts the opposite glass. First review I've ever written on anything but I hope I can save someone else heartache

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BEST WARRANTY!
I was beside myself after I accidentally shattered the stationary glass panel for my Unidoor-X bathtub door prior to its installation. Imagine the mess made by a 27" x 58" x 3/8" (10 mm) thick, tempered glass pane weighing about 75 lbs.! I fully expected to incur the full and substantial cost of replacing it and started shopping around on line. But I should have started with Dreamline itself. It was worth a long hold time (not their fault...Covid-19 related) because their excellent customer serv...

Door keeps slipping from the hinges
This has been installed for about 2 years. The glass is heavy and the finished product looks nice, but the door is so HEAVY that it keeps wanting to slip from the hinges. Also, when the door is wet there is no way to keep water from dripping all over the floor when it is opened. I squeegee the door before I open it, but the accumulated water on the tub's edge is swept onto the floor every time. I wish I'd gone with the traditional sliding door.

Does not fit on a slightly curved tub
This does not fit on a slightly curved tub and it didn’t say that in the specs. It says there’s 1/4” adjustment on one end and 1/2” on other that should’ve allowed for the slight curve on the bottom.
