The first time they delivered the wrong item. After two weeks when that one sat in my livingroom, they delivered the right one, but the glass was damaged. Not a surprise considering the condition of the box. So now another two weeks wait. Maybe they will get it right eventually....

Pick up at Lowes
My contractor had to wait for over an hour for employees to find my order. He had the receipt in his hand and I had received messages the order was ready. Despite ordering curbside pick up - he had so sit and wait while myriad Lowes staff first told him the order hadn't been received and then unable to find it. over an hour later - he had the equipment. Such an expensive waist of his time and am sure will be passed on to me. Quite frustrating!!

Thick and heavy glass!
Love the thick glass. The only draw back is that the upper glass supports/adjusters are made for a complete wall (corner). I extended my shower area by a foot in one direction ,so one support/adjuster is on to a short area of 5"

Nice looking door, but leaks! Don't buy it!
Retro fit replacing an old framed door on a brand newly install base (tiled wall). Same problem as most others posted on this door, it leaks! Installed by a professional contractor with 25-years experience. His comments at the time of installation was there are very tight tolerances to adjust the shower door and hinges to achieve an even closure (big gap at the bottom of the door where it meets the fixed panel).
