Love This
We remodeled our vacation rental condos bathrooms and used this enclosure in black. It turned out awesome. We even tried to duplicate the picture with the hexagon tiles. We love it so much.

Horrible customer service
Hard to install the unit perfectly unless it's in a perfect location with plenty space. The installation instruction is very hard to follow and misleading until you find it's too late. The 23 15/16 door opening is almost impossible to maintain unless it's in a perfect location with perfect walls in both sides. The base is too low that underneath pipes are hard to install. The customer service was terrible, they ask any and every details with photos, not to try to help you but as a way to find an...
