What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the shower enclosure for its stunning modern design and high-quality, durable construction with thick glass and sturdy frame. Most find it transforms their bathroom beautifully and compares favorably to cheaper alternatives. Installation is physically demanding due to weight, requiring patience and often a second person, with some noting unclear instructions. A few customers experienced sizing confusion between bases and doors or minor defects like chipped glass, though most report the company addressed issues promptly. Overall, reviewers consider it a worthwhile investment for long-term durability and aesthetic appeal.

My contractor needed to reschedule - when you order a 38" shower...you need to order a 36" glass kit...please correct your website so this can't happen.

Customer ExperienceMay 12, 2026

Lowe's is staffed with incompetent workers.

Would Not Recommend

The first time they delivered the wrong item; they delivered a shower door install of this particular shower stall. Two weeks go by with the wrong item parked in my living room. Then they deliver the right item but the glass on the door is chipped. Not a surprise considering the condition of the box. Now waiting another two weeks for the right one (hopefully) to be delivered.

Details make this shower POP!

Would Recommend

A beautiful glass enclosure shower with black details that pop. It is the spotlight of my newly remodeled bathroom. I had it installed but not used it yet as I'm waiting on a plumber. I hope the glass will be easy to keep clean and I can keep it looking like new for many years..
