On the Lowe's website in the video and pictures on the Lowe's website it clearly states that this item comes with the glass shelves. Was on the phone with Lowe's customer service for half an hour then they told me you have to call the DreamLine manufacture so I called them was on the phone for 47 minutes that finally he customer service told me this model on our own website is shown without shelves so it doesn't come with shelves. Called again Lowe's why there is such misinforming? This time Low...

The shipment arrived on time and no broken parts. We had an installer finish the job in about 3 hours, which might've taken us 8 hours. Looks nice, doors roll well, and unit is sturdy
