We ordered this door 3 times as the first 2 came extensively damaged. Third door packaging was in rough shape as well but door was undamaged. We installed the door and it is beautiful but the bottom rollers housing rubs on the track and the door will not slide. We contacted the company and they deal mainly through email. We sent videos and pictures their solution was to send us the exact same rollers so we still have the same problem. This has now been over 3 weeks. Very disappointed in c...

Not sure if it's an issue with Lowe's or the vendor but I tried ordering this shower door twice. After a month of waiting and keep getting the shipment date pushed out, I ended up canceling the order and purchased my shower door through my contractor's local vendor.
