I think a beaver ate my hardware
Best day ever. Except for one thing- it wasn't... at all. This should have taken about an hour to install. 4 hours later, 4 stripped allen heads with one that I had to back out with a LH drill bit, cracked corner of the glass, tight fitting components that should be loose, loose fitting components that should be tight, is there more? Missing Parts
The door is fine but the handles were missing. With all of the supply chain delays we made sure to order this item in advance and it wasn't until the door was installed that we noticed thew door handles were missing. Because it had been more than 30 days since delivery, the company charged me $29 in shipping to send out replacement handles. Love paying extra for something that should have been included with the original order.

Good door / I would buy again
Make sure you have a helper because you have to work on both sides of the door during install. It can be done with one person but it a major pain and makes risk of damage to the door go up significantly. Make sure you place cardboard, styrofoam, etc. on any hard floor surface in the area of install. If you set this glass down on a tile floor without any cushion, THE EDGE OF THE GLASS WILL CRACK. Crappy hardware
The product looks nice but I gave it a 3 star due to the hardware. Cautions all over glass could break during install. The quality of the hardware is why. One of the two piece hinges bore was not a round hole. If i had tightened this hinge and tried to swing the door it would have shattered. I am glad I have machining experience I had to ream the hinge round and to size. My other option was to take it back but with a 3 week lead time and the thought the new one would have the same issue. Center drain is NOT centered
Watch out when ordering this unit. I have a preexisting bathroom in my basement that I am upgrading. I am replacing the shower stall which has a center drain. Well the base with this unit is not centered. I ordered a 36x36 unit which should make the drain hole 18 inches on center, however this units drain is 18x15. Only way for me to make this base work is to bust up the cement slab and move the drain pipe. Not feasible for me to go through all of that when I ordered it for a center drain. To me...

Product was defective from factory
I read directions thoroughly and should have taken it's warning that glass could shatter at any time. The hinges came with screws overtightened and stripped so they would not loosen, I chose to try to put the shower door in my customer's home anyway due to having to reorder after 2 months of the previous one being backordered. Beautiful Shower Door
