I ordered it online. This was easy. Picking up at the store was even easier. 2 young men were more than happy to load the boxes and,the doors which were quite heavy into my truck. Thank you Lowes

I looked up the order and explained to Donald that it was ordered to be delivered to my shop, and that is had not arrived. Terrible experience the door arrived at the store broken. No one called to inform us. I got the info after waiting and calling all day. The only option because it was special order through lowes online was to cancel and re order. This was the last special order I will ever do through Lowes... tjay are an absolute joke.

I love the look of the doors, base and surround, but the doors seem to be a little shaky if that makes sense.
