Beautiful door but not all hardware included

Would be great if they finished it
Well, similar to another reviewer my barn door(white herringbone) came with several flaws. 1. The tooling used to cut the herringbone left unfinished and rough shards. See pics. 2. The seams were not finished 3. The door looks primed but not with a ‘ready to go’ finish. Other than that the door is solid and good looking. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I reached out to the manufacturer a week ago and still no response.

Wow, beautiful door
I knew the door design was beautiful when I bought it but when I actually received the product, I was blown away by how great it looked in our new modern farmhouse home. I would totally recommend this door to anyone!

Door arrive in timely manner. Door had tiny mark/chip at bottom. The inner panel were not sanded either.

This door is absolutely gorgeous! I put it up over my pantry and it looked stunning. It took my average looking kitchen and instantly made it look modern farmhouse. The quality was really good on this door. Highly recommend.
