Don't buy
Hardware for door is very cheap, directions incomplete. Door is also highly distressed, not even painted in some areas, not the all over sleek gray I thought I was getting. Very, very disappointed. Spent more trying to fix door than on door itself.

Looks OK, Very Expensive For What You Get.
Overall, these doors look OK. I would probably use them again, but there are some issues. The supplied hardware is very cheaply constructed. specifically the concrete anchor screws. I have a brick home and attempted to use the supplied hardware. I should have used third party, high quality hardware. There are also several places that the finish was not applied. It looks like it was sprayed in a hurry and at only one angle, so that the bottoms of the cross boards have no finish. there is also s...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
If I could give a "zero" star review I would - 1 star is the lowest and it is still too good for this company. We ordered this door and it was delivered damaged - the company was well aware before shipping that their white paint melted in high heat and that the cardboard packaging would stick to the product. According to Dogberry customer service rep, I was the 10th or 11th person to complain about damaged doors. They would not send a new door directly nor offer any support other than telling me...

Barn door missing hardware
Overall appearance is good.ost if the hardware was missing upon receipt. Contacted Lowe’s about a month ago concerning it. They said they’d look into it. Haven’t heard anything since. It’s a really nice door, but the customer service has been lacking greatly.
