Would Recommend

Product very nice. Voice reciting Haunted Mansion script. Only drawback is speaker and sensor on back of tombstone. Order and pick up hassle free. Took less than 5 minutes. Associates were very helpful.

Would Recommend

This is the cast resin/fiberglass successor to the original blow mold "sound and motion" Madame Leota Tombstone that Lowe's initially offered in 2022. Despite the motion feature of the original it is arguably the better version of the two given it's overall likeness with a small caveat. The caveat is the horrific sticker eyes that attempt to replicate they random eye opening effect of the original Disney prop. Problem is they look just plain awful. The sticker can be somewhat problematic to rem...

Broken

Would Not Recommend

Arrived broken in several places, not packaged/protected well. Lowe’s wants me to return it, but they cannot find a replacement. The reason I shop ONLINE is because I do not have transportation - so that means after deliveries I cannot transport items BACK to a store to be refunded… spent so much time calling customer service, to no avail.

damaged and needs repair

Would Not Recommend

my item arrived poorly packaged in a crushed box with a few air pillows for packing. her nose is busted, the seam along the top is cracked open, making it no longer waterproof, bottom is all chipped up. called Lowe's, and the offered me 10% refund if I wanted to keep the item and fix it. yeah, the fiberglass repair kit is $30 itself. what a joke.

My package was marked as delivered but it's nowhere to be seen. I called Lowes and the said that since it was purchased via a Lowes Gift Card they can't replace or refund anything. What a load of crap
