Resolution for damaged items is terrible.
Vanity arrived with some damage in three different areas, otherwise would have been very pleased with my purchase. I contacted customer service and was offered a 10% discount or a free scheduled pick up return to then repurchase the item. The problem was I would have to repurchase at the current sales price, which was over $200 more!! I reached out again with pictures of the damage (Oct 14th) but did not receive a call back response for 8 days (Oct 22nd)!! Basically forced to keep and repair a d...

Nice idea. Terrible quality
The sink is very cute except the qualities is terrible. It arrived already scratched. The drawers would not close and stick out. It’s stapled inside, and some of the staples are not even all the way in. It’s not worth $700 at all. Maybe $100 terrible, terrible quality! Returning it. So disappointing.

Third time is the charm?
Still waiting for an undamaged product to arrive. First one came in a reasonable amount of time…too bad the sink was laying in pieces on the bottom of the box. Second one took forever and we ended out going down to Lowe’s to see why it was still “ in transit” after 10 days.
