Customer Service Completely Failed During Pickup

I ordered these cabinets as a special order and the product itself seems fine, but the pickup experience at the Lowe’s Home Improvement was completely unacceptable. I followed the email instructions and checked in at customer service. The associate told me he was leaving soon, said he called the back, and sent me to the lumber area for pickup. Arrived broken

Both arrived broken, luckily we unpacked in store. Staff was great. She was able to return them. However, it's a special order. We tried reordering, but because two had just been returned (by me) the system kept saying two available. I had to wait several days to reorder so the system would clear.

I like these cabinets because though they aren't true wood construction, they are still generally pretty solid. There are some corners cut, but of all the cabinets I've installed at this price point and considerably higher price points, this line of cabinets is one I am willing to deal with the quirks. Mostly the cost savings were made on the door hinges and drawer slides.

Adequate light-project cabinets

These cabinets are NOT what you want for a kitchen or high-use/heavy-duty installation. And I know that. They're 90% sawdust and glue. But they look okay and can serve well for a light-duty home-office or craft room use. Both of them had some minor damage but the damage was such that the surfaces could be butted together 'inside', where they came together, and was not visible. They're excellent for what I needed them to do.

Perfect for our laundry room.

These were just right for our laundry room. They came with 2 shelves. The doors are wrapped inside the box to protect from scuffing. Very easy to adjust door placement. I liked that the inside was a light wood color. It gave nice contrast to the white exterior.

Nice cabinet

Very heavy well built. Only complaint is no option for sliding drawers.

Received damaged for 2nd time

Have ordered 5 total now across 2 orders. 2 have been visibly damaged to the point of needing to be replaced. The other 3 were poorly assembled on the tracks but at the point they could be fixed. We have now had to make 2 trips each to receive and then return the damaged cabinets from my local store. After this second return they indicated the cabinets are no longer available for store pickup and only delivery at a cost of $79. The store manager indicates this is not something that can be overri...
