What Customers Are Saying

Most customers praise the attractive design, stylish finishes, and strong value, particularly in laundry rooms and budget remodels. Many find installation straightforward and appreciate deep drawers and storage space. However, a notable segment reports significant quality issues including damaged units upon arrival, misaligned doors and drawers, cracked corners, and cheap construction. Some mention particle board concerns and inconsistent durability. Despite quality control problems affecting roughly one in five buyers, most consider the cabinets worthwhile for their aesthetic appeal and affordability when received intact.

There was some damage to one of the cabinets. The person I purchased these for did not notice it until they had already unpacked it and got ready to install it. Instead of returning it, they decided to just keep it as is. I believe when the door is closed you cannot see the damage.
