Total Clusterfudge. 11 cabinets delivered in 3 separate trips by the same driver. 1st batch on time. 2nd batch 3 hours late. 3rd batch delivered to wrong address, different customer and Lowe's customer service did nothing to remedy. I waited 10 days for this order which was for 2 kitchens. Now the missing cabinets are out of stock and so the whole order has to be returned and start from scratch bc I'm missing two lower cabinets that they had but delivered to wrong address and refuse to correct)....

Shipped wrong item and long delay
I ordered a drawer and door unit and they shipped me a SINK unit. You can clear see the box stating sink, so it was a careless warehouse management issue. Item ordered on the 8th and was suppose to be received on 11th. No updates, just when I called - delayed. They had no idea how long. Then item arrives and it’s the wrong cabinet. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to finish this project.
