Unable to get the sample

After trying to purchase the sample twice and not receiving it each time, I have been told by Lowe’s customer service that they are unable to contact the vendor and therefore can only offer me a refund for the sample I was waiting on. Pretty sad seeing as how I have built a quote totaling over $7000 of these cabinets for a kitchen renovation, but I can’t even get the sample to see if I like the color. Way to lose business.

Never Recieved

Only order if you are willing to wait forever! After waiting for 3 weeks, I called Lowes only to be told that I had to call back another time. I waited another week and called the CS rep said that the vendor wasn't answering the phone and to call back tomorrow. I asked where the vendor is located and he called again and this time they canceled my order. I only ordered basic white, so it wasn't like I wanted some odd color cabinet door.

Good solid representation

Great size to get a color representation for the other finished in my kitchen.

Can't even get a sample delivered.

Sample has been "delayed" for three months. How do they ever expect to sell cabinets if they can manage to ship a sample?!!!

Won't order anything from Diamad again

If they can't ship a simple color sample, then I would never order cabinets from them. It's been "delayed" for three months. Hard pass on kitchen cabinets.

Avoid Diamond Jamestown cabinets

I loved working with Bob at the central jersey Lowe's locations, he was knowledgeable and helpful. The cabinets, however, are disappointingly cheap. The black ink touch up pen does not match the black of the cabinet, and almost every cabinet has damage from the smallest of knicks (they were only installed 02/24, it's 05/25 now). Missing Cabinet

Initial delivery on 11/20 was within a reasonable time frame. However, one cabinet was missing. After dealing with Diamond and the carrier I had conflicting stories as to what happened. Diamond put in an order to remake (expedited) and was told I would receive the cabinet between 12/4 and 12/9. I called Diamond today and was told the cabinet would ship 12/16.
