Very very poor construction and quality control.

These cabinets are below grade as they have numerous flaws in construction. For example, we have two floor but tail cabinets that have exposed finish side panels that have a gap where meeting the face. Other upper kitchen cabinets have shelves that are too small to stay in the provided adjustable pins. We had them replaced 3 times without getting ones that fit properly. We have submitted various images.

Beautiful cabinets, well made, excellent finish

We remodeled our kitchen and replaced our 30-year old cabinets through Lowes. We selected the Diamond Jamestown cabinets and they are truly beautiful. The doors and drawers work well and the shelves are strong. One word of caution: be aware it seems the new standard at Lowes is for lower (Base) cabinets to only have partial shelves that are half-depth. We were able to get full depth replacements and that's probably what you'll want as well.

We bought a tiny cabin and put these diamond cabinets in ourselves! Jordan at Lowes was a huge help and did all of the ordering and the cabinets were delivered to our property for free! We love them, and they were great quality! When we build our biger house on our lot we will order again!

Worst Home Improvement Decision I Ever Made

The only reason this review gets one star is because it's impossible to leave a zero. This has been one of the worst home improvement decisions I have ever made. While the quality and look of these cabinets is excellent, by the time the job is finished (if it EVER gets done) could turn out to be the winner of the longest kitchen remodel in modern times. Love my new cabinets

It was time to remodel my kitchen. We had a lot of options on who to source new cabinets from but these were in our budget and better quality than their competitors. The stain is gorgeous.

Never Recieved

Only order if you are willing to wait forever! After waiting for 3 weeks, I called Lowes only to be told that I had to call back another time. I waited another week and called the CS rep said that the vendor wasn't answering the phone and to call back tomorrow. I asked where the vendor is located and he called again and this time they canceled my order. I only ordered basic white, so it wasn't like I wanted some odd color cabinet door.

Two Things

Remodeled the kitchen and wanted some cabinets that were made out of plywood and not particle board. These fit the bill. I like everything about these cabinets except for two things. One the cove molding only came in 8' sections so I had to make a splice when if I would have been able to purchase it in a 12' section I could have avoided that hassle. Should be able to buy in lengths up to 16', and the other thing is I think the hinges could be a better quality.

Kitchen Remodel

We love our new cabinets. Our 53 year old cabinets were falling apart, so we started the search. We love the color(s) avalanche white uppers/retreat lowers. I’m obsessed with Retreat! The soft close is so nice and the quality was excellent. The delivery had a snag but, they were super helpful and professional. Overall, very happy with our purchase!
