Liked everything except thin base on deep drawers

We remodeled our kitchen and chose to use Diamond cabinets. The options and features fit our needs well. The quality of the paint appears to be able to last a long time. We like the solid wood construction as well. The only negative issue we have encountered was how THIN the base of the drawers is (less than 1/4”). They bend and do not hold much weight so we had to add a piece of plywood to the bottom of each drawer. Spending as much money as we did on the cabinets, I would have looked at other ...

Way over priced junk.

Starting with trash design process. Measurements were off even after someone sent to my home and took measurements. Diamond shipped un finish cabinets and damaged cabinets. Diamond is so shifty, they just threw the broken parts into the cabinets and shipped it to me. When asking for replacement, I recieved the wrong parts even after I gave the serial numbers of what I needed.

Kitchen cabinets

We just built our new home. I love the cabinets but there are several that will need touch up paint. Some are very splotchy. It also takes a very long time to receive replacement cabinets (due to Lowes mistakes). After a year later, we are still waiting on final pieces.

This is my second kitchen from Diamond and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product

Good looking cabinets

Having a real problem with 2 of the drawers getting stuck and having to close them by hand instead of soft closing. I believe it’s needing replacing the drawer slides.

Nice cabinets,

My pantry and double oven cabinets came with no toe kick though picture on line show a toe kick. I had to build it so the height matched the other cabinets. Additionally, the double oven space did not match the double oven dimensions even though Lowes knew the oven I was installing.

bad experience

this has been a very trying experience. Cabinets damaged during shipping,wrong pieces,wrong color matches. After more than six months all issues not resolved. All parties involved pointing fingers at each other. Installers doing all they could considering what they had to work with.

Beautiful & Extraordinary Cabinets

I am enjoying my new cabinetry to the utmost! The design, color, the automatic closures & the extra special design of my snack/chip basket cupboard over my refrigerator are exceptional. It has given me a whole new look for my kitchen and downstairs look. In fact I leave a light on in the evening to just enjoy looking at my new cupboards.
