do not waste your money

do not buy anything from this company. we ordered a complete kitchen cabinets setup and have had nothing but migraine and silence for almost a month over simple drawer stops. they broke immediately after opening the box. Two different reps have been contacted within the past 2 weeks.

Must be better products

As per other reviews, cabinets are made well for basic cabinets, but we had to wait 3 weeks for a cracked frame replacement, even though the packaging was quality. Also, many doors were poorly finished and needed replacements. They just don't seem to care and ship poor product.

Drawers don't line up

Cabinet itself is built fine and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line. Dimensions were accurate and it sat level once installed. The issue was the drawer alignment — the fronts don't line up as cleanly as they should, with uneven reveals between them that you notice every time you walk by. Adjusted the hardware as much as I could, but couldn't get it perfectly square. Functional and the drawers slide fine, just wish the alignment came dialed in from the factory.

Avoid Lowe’s for Major Projects

Extremely disappointing experience with Lowe’s installation services. My cabinet order was delivered in incomplete with missing, incorrect, and damaged items, including a critical cabinet that delayed the entire project for months. The lack of coordination between installation, delivery, and customer service was frustrating. I had to contact the manufacturer myself after getting no resolution through Lowe’s. Horrible Customer Service

Do not waste your time. No complaints about the quality of the cabinets, but the customer service is horrible. These cabinets are shipped directly from the vendor. The link between Lowes and the vendor is almost non-existent. The delivery date Lowes gives you is meaningless. Lowes will back up the delivery time listed in their system because they don’t know any better. They may even refuse to contact the vendor on your behalf. Where is my order?

Not received.

Not received and nobody can tell me when/ if delivery will arrive. And nobody at Lowes seems to care. Ordered 1/10, delivery scheduled for 1/27, never showed up. Website said delayed, now says shipped & due to arrive 1/26!

Don't buy cabinets through Lowes

In March 2025 I ordered over $10k on Diamond cabinets and granit countertops. I paid extra to have someone come in and measure my kitchen. I have had to go back in multiple times to complain as I was missing parts, pieces, and cabinets. It is now August and I still can't get the correct parts.

Ignore the delivery date

We ordered these for our hidden pantry since the customer cabinet maker price was way out of our budget. Ignore the delivery date because these are made in the factory and shipped out upon completion. I will say if you are flexible on the delivery and it’s for a place not in a high profile place, you will be happy with this product. I wouldn’t want them in my kitchen, but a pantry or a laundry room, they are a good option!
