do not waste your money

do not buy anything from this company. we ordered a complete kitchen cabinets setup and have had nothing but migraine and silence for almost a month over simple drawer stops. they broke immediately after opening the box. Two different reps have been contacted within the past 2 weeks.

CAN'T EVEN MATCH THEIR OWN COLORS!!!

The color in the panels does not even match the tone of the cabinets and drawers. The panels are noticeably lighter than the rest of the cabinets. We contacted Diamond customer services, and they sent replacement panels. When the replacements arrived, they had the exact same issue, like none even looked why we were getting replacements. Finish issues

We remodeled our kitchen about 6 months ago. We ordered custom diamond cabinets and overall they are quite nice and seem well made, certainly the nicest cabinets I've ever owned. However, we had several things wrong, one cabinet was broken and needed to be replaced, complicating countertop installation. Another with broken tracks, easy fix with new parts from Diamond. Bas design

I cannot believe the design for the attachment of the drawer front on our diamond cabinets. The attachment mechanism, which is spotfaced into the front drawer panel then sticks out beyond the drawer and then screwed to the drawer front, holds the entire drawer open probably 1/4 of an inch making the ugly hardware visible from the side on all the cabinet drawers. Must be better products

As per other reviews, cabinets are made well for basic cabinets, but we had to wait 3 weeks for a cracked frame replacement, even though the packaging was quality. Also, many doors were poorly finished and needed replacements. They just don't seem to care and ship poor product.

Cabinets doors don't match in size

The height of the cabinet is consistent but the length of the cabinet door is inconsistent by a full inch making it look terrible next to the other cabinet.

Single Wall Oven Missing...

...an important piece. What comes in the box is the outer shell of the cabinet. What you need INSIDE TO INSTALL the oven is a base that the oven sits on that will withstand 194* heat and hold 300lbs. That means you have to build a base. We used 2 X 4s & 3/4" plywood & corner braces. Secured the legs to the side & back where they won't be seen. Only the front leg is free floating. PANTRY CABINET

I purchased this cabinet for my laundry room. It is beautiful and holds all my supplies and related items. I purchased stick-on handles and they look good on the cabinet. I recommend this cabinet.

Drawers don't line up

Cabinet itself is built fine and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line. Dimensions were accurate and it sat level once installed. The issue was the drawer alignment — the fronts don't line up as cleanly as they should, with uneven reveals between them that you notice every time you walk by. Adjusted the hardware as much as I could, but couldn't get it perfectly square. Functional and the drawers slide fine, just wish the alignment came dialed in from the factory.
