I cannot believe the design for the attachment of the drawer front on our diamond cabinets. The attachment mechanism, which is spotfaced into the front drawer panel then sticks out beyond the drawer and then screwed to the drawer front, holds the entire drawer open probably 1/4 of an inch making the ugly hardware visible from the side on all the cabinet drawers. Don't buy cabinets at Lowes

In January 2026 we ordered over $11k on Diamond Express cabinets. We paid extra to have someone come in and measure my kitchen. The Lowes kitchen designer ordered wrong size cabinets many times delaying our kitchen project. We had to go back in multiple times to complain as we were missing parts, pieces, and cabinets. One cabinet that was delivered was cracked. I was treated very poorly at Lowes and they acted like this was our fault. We went to Lowes to have them do the entire kitchen but end...

forever shipping

i ordered cabinets 14 days.ago. I got a "shipped" status 4 days ago. I got a call on day of delivery to set up delivery. Delivery date is 10 days from today. That will be 25 days after order date. I suggest everybody should disregard the 3 to 5 days stated, hoping to get them in 2 weeks

Defective cabinet/ cabinets

This is the second cabinet we had to order because the first one was badly defective. The rest of cabinets lack described quality as well but were usable and we did not want to prolong works on our kitchen longer than necessary. It caused us to push all of our remodelling and instalation plans back for more than two weeks including installation of our new flooring. I hope the replacement cabinet will be of expected or as described in catalogue quality and we can use it to finish the project.

Damaged Cabinets, poor shipping

We received 3 of 6 cabinets damaged, poor workmanship as many were painted poorly and scratched. One cabinet had the shelf glued to the top of the cabinet. It’s very disappointing to receive damaged cabinets, huge hassle to return and is now delaying our project until toward the end of July. Need to do a much better job packing and shipping.

not 36" wide, only 27" ...

Your pictured specifications are inaccurate!! 36x24x34.5".. This blind corner only measures 27" we have a small kitchen and needed to fill as much as possible with cabinet storage... Yes, I know the drill about pulling away from the corner, but 9" is too much! What are the ACTUAL measurements of the 42" blind corner? Your description is misleading and I really wish I would have known prior to receiving our cabinets!!! Please let me know the 42" measurements asap!!!

Given wrong size

We ordered this with the knowledge of the dimensions being 36in W x 34.5in H 24 in D. When we got it, it was the wrong size, a size that isn't even on the website? Other then that its nice.
