The DIAL 5300 CFM 3 speed indoor/outdoor evaporative cooler is ideal for cooling indoor and outdoor areas up to 1,650 sqft. The DIAL 5300 features a high efficiency motor that is quiet in the operating mode. A top water tray system with ice packs are included for enhanced cooling. Water level indicator window allows for easy view of the level of water in the reservoir. Reservoir may be manually filled or connected to a garden hose using included attachment. A removable and washable dust screen is included for easy cleaning.

Would Not Recommend

Tank cracked near the casters less than 3 months just normal garage usage. Lowes warranty makes it difficult to return. Save your money

Damaged goods

I purchased the first one, got it home and it had a hole in the water tank from a forklift. I returned it, got a second one home and the top of it was cracked severely. I had a gathering that night and needed a way to cool the porch so I just kept the second one. These were damaged from careless employees handling the freight without any care.

Toxic Smell

Toxic smell caused respiratory issues. Lowe's has a 48 hour return on this product which they do not inform customers about. It was delivered the afternoon of Tuesday June 30, 2026 and I reached out the morning of Saturday July 3, 2026 and they would not help me. Gave me the manufacturer's info, phone and email, but manufacturer will not respond. Lowe's does not care that their solution is a dead end. Very poor customer service from both. Do not purchase this product and do not purchase from ...
