A 3,000 lb wireless electric winch lifts and lowers the blade, and can be controlled from inside the warmth of your vehicle with the convenient wireless remote
Blade angles set and lock manually with a single lever lifting a pin to 3 blade-locking positions: straight, left, and right

no customer service they tell you leave a message and never call back you are on your own if it doesn't work I figured out on my own that the remote control came with a dead battery but if something breaks or doesn't work too bad see you later absolutely no way to contact anyone from the company with help by the time they would call winter is over trust me call for yourself before you buy it.
Buyer Beware
The strap for the winch snapped completely in half after less than an hour of use. Planning to start a return process as I have completely lost faith in the product. Very disappointed

Winter has ended but I'm ready for next yr. Working the unit and getting the feel of it has been a smooth learning transition. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this plow 2 winters ago and it works wonderful! Only draw back is getting it in the hitch. Part my fault as I don't have a level smooth surface to store it on and I am 71 years young . Was easy to install the electrical. Couldn't live without it !!

STURDY PRICE
I have two of these for use at two different homes. They are very sturdy plows. Only negative I have is that on some hitches the stabilizer bars do not line up with the hitch crossbar. I solved this by fabricating a dropdown piece.

Remote didnt always work
Tried it for the first time today. It worked well. Very easy to assemble and easy to hook up. The remote Sometimes failed but when i went outside the vehicle it worked. I may connect the direct controller that it also comes with. That's why the 4 stars

The plow itself is just fine fairly simple assembly. Now, in the rigidity and robustness of the rest of the plow are drawn into question. First off the whole thing is not sturdy, wiggling and wagging. Secondly and most important is the winch system employed on these units are atrocious, it is a belt! Driving down the road and the belt brakes, dropping the plow breaking the safety chain carabiner and proceeding to fall to the ground stopping my truck in its tracks(20mph). Excellent product.
This has been in use almost 5 years. Has worked beyond my expectations. I have gently pushed snow over 36'' deep. Not only the light weight, but heavy wet stuff. The only trouble I have had was with the remote-control module that plugs in to the main power control. The connector comes loose, needs adjustment.
