What Customers Are Saying
The product is a powerful and capable wood chipper that can handle a wide range of branches and limbs up to around 4 inches in diameter. It is praised for its performance, with users noting it "eats almost everything" and "makes quick work out of branches and limbs." The self-feeding feature is also highlighted as a useful and time-saving feature. However, the machine struggles with larger pieces over 4 inches in diameter, and may stall or require slower feeding to handle them. The assembly process is also noted as challenging, with unclear instructions and the need for multiple metric tools. Some users experienced quality control issues, such as missing or misaligned parts, as well as ongoing maintenance problems like loose belts and bearing failures.

Bought over 2 years ago. We use it regularly. Especially after Texas storms. If used correctly this chipper will out work the operator(s). Don't overfill. Hardwoods keep under 4" if fresh. Pines we have pushed the 6" a few times. Like with another review we hook it up to our ATV, Mule or Tractor, and throw a sheet over to lessen the clean up. Should have added the hour timer. Always clean out the chute after chipping for easier start up next time out. If you all could add a little ...

Very heavy, have help/equip. to unload to ground.
Only used it once, so far so good. Assembly instructions were pretty vague. Photos were not very detailed. However, you can reference the parts breakdown. Thought that free assembly was included, didn't happen, but I'm glad that I did it my self. Tow bar fits loose, had to use a shim and really tighten well. I used wood blocking when tipping unit for assembly. I added grease to main axle spindles an outer bearings, instructions don't mention it. Good luck getting then nuts on the front yoke assy...

Great Chipper
I purchased this Chipper to use on our farm. We spend a lot of time clearing saplings that spread over time. This thing grinds them up and spits them out like toothpicks. After getting the chipper home on my trailer I decided to assemble it on the trailer. The weight is over 600 pounds and I had nothing to help me get it off the trailer. So I parked the trailer in the garage and unboxed it. Let me say that the engineering that went into creating and boxing the chipper is amazing. After ...

Outstanding chipper
Shipped straight to my home in no time. Unpacking and setting up was not difficult, I did it myself, but it would be easier with two people as the intake and exhaust duct are quite heavy. After reading the manuals I started it up and boy does it do the job. I had several piles of brush with multiple types of wood and it chewed it all up in no time. Now the downside; the second time I went to use it it didn't turn over it was jammed up which happens but it wasn't so straightforward to clear t...

Happy thus far
So far, the chipper has worked well. We have a large property with lots of invasive buckthorn to remove. Buckthorn is pretty hard wood, and the chipper has handled 4-5 inch trunks and limbs without difficulty. Yes, larger pieces do slow down the engine a bit, but that is true with any chipper (I've used a large industrial-scale Vermeer chipper before and it too slows down with larger limbs). Not sure I would use this for 6" pieces on a regular basis, but I do believe it could handle the occasion...

Filled my F150 truck with chips in just under 3 hours by myself. This thing will put hair on your chest. It is twice the weight that my John Deere Z330m zero-turn mower is allowed to tow. The first run was Maple 3" branches, with the first few feet of the branch was probably 4". Branches were not straight, but the input chute is 12x14" so it can suck a V-shape branch all the way in to the joint and then the branches fold right up. Of course the machine slows down, but only had to pause feeding t...

It's been a workhorse.
I bought this chipper three years ago to help me deal with my heavily wooded 6 acre lot. It's been a workhorse. I have cut, limbed and chipped 224 trees to date and plan to do another couple dozen before the snow flies. Original blades in place, I'm getting ready to flip them to the reverse side. Electric start is a MUST. This is a heavy duty, well built machine. I would suggest that the kill switch at the intake be positioned a bit further away from the edge of the intake, as it gets bumped and...

Well designed quality product, but has limitations
Instructions included with the machine were so poor that they may as well have been non-existent! That said, anyone with some basic mechanical abilities should be able to figure out how to put this together. To be honest, the online product photos were more helpful than the printed step-by-step booklet, as there were some details left out of the instruction booklet all-together that were easily clarified by checking a couple product photos from different angles. Was able to put this together alo...

Excellent Chipper
I gave it a four star because I believe chipping 6 inch logs may be a stretch. Although, it may be able to chip 6 inch logs as they claim, it would have to be feed extremely slow, pulled back to keep from stalling it, and feed slowly again, which would take forever. However, for my application it has been outstanding! I never chip anything larger than 1.5 to 2 inches, as anything bigger I consider indoor or outdoor fire wood, and it still pulls the motor down at times, but nowhere near stalli...

OMG OMG OMG UNBELIEVABLE PERFORMANCE!!!
This chipper FAR exceeds the company’s description and is way beyond my expectations. It is a powerful, fast, and strong beast. The self-feed feature really works and pulls in the wood fast. The chips it produces are small and great for mulching. I put everything in, from brush, vines and leaves to whole juniper branches to a 4” diameter 8’ tree and it gobbled them all up effortlessly. Engine is powerful and matches the chipper’s overall design. The paint is orange epoxy so it will not get ...
