Didn't need part – why tell me that I did?
When I bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's, when I was checking out (online), I was told I would need this part. When the person came to install the dishwasher, he said that most modern kitchens already have this feature in their plumbing – which I did. I now have to take this back to Lowe's for a refund. This is a waste of time. Don't suggest parts that most people don't need!
Fits great and looks great on my black granite countertop, with the black gasket it comes with. Blends in perfectly
Pretty basic and looks cheaply made.
Updating my sink and thought it was also a good time to update the air gap. They are very unsightly in my opinion. Unfortunately, this one looked too much like the one I wanted to replace and the black, plastic part near the base is visible and looks cheap. I returned it. Sorry I paid for shipping that of course was nonrdfundable.
