Damaged but was hidden against wall. Had to aassemble. The sink top rocked on the wood base buy 3/8". Had to grind bottom side of top to stop the rocking, took 1 hr. An expensive unit to no be assembled, of course top would be separate.

Unorganized
The whole process with Lowes with awful. Product was delayed for over 2 weeks, when it finally arrived and we picked it up from the store, we were given someone else’s order. We then had to return the other order and try and get ours. We had a hassle due to then stating we already picked up our order.

Never buy from you again
The shipment arrived late. Box #1 was delivered to the wrong place, and two days later, Box #2 was delivered in bad shape, covered with clear tape. The product inside was damaged, scratched, and had broken pieces. I shop online frequently and have never had an experience like this. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.

Not worth the money
I bought this as a replacement for a different vanity that came broken. This one cost over $100 more and when it came, it needed to be assembled! I couldn't believe that I had to pay MORE money for something that "I" had to assemble. The other vanity came fully assembled for less money. I honestly would have re-ordered that one, but it is no longer in production. Adding insult to injury, the inside bottom piece was the wrong size and did not fit. We had to cut it and sand it until it fit properl...

The 1 star reviews sound like they were do it yourselfers who maybe should have hired a professional. 2 reviewers had issues with leaks? Should have been an easy fix if you know what your doing...install these units in apartments and haven't had any problems. Don't let the 1 star reviews detour you. These are solid, well built units...coming from an apartment maintenance person who tends to 5 buildings, 136 units..

It needs to be assembled.
This product is well made. The assembly instructions were not too clear. There are plastic covers over all the connectors that needed to be removed. The only issue was that the box corner was damaged and a corner of the cabinet was broken slightly.

Well Built.
I like that the cabinet is very well built, and it has “shaker” style doors. I don’t like that the marble top doesn’t have a way to fasten it to the cabinet. I had to use adhesive (I used Loctite PL MAX Premium) to fasten wood blocks to the underside of the marble to fasten to cabinet and also wait 24hrs. before installation.
