Misinformed Return Counter Rep
The Return Counter Rep tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a simple purchase of this vanity top when I tried to return it after I inspected it before assuming possession of it at the store. That is contrary to your stated "Special Order Configured Products Restocking Fee". I am very upset that this rep AND her manager on duty refused to accommodate me. Way too white
The white is very white, maybe with a tinge of blue? It looks medicinal, like it belongs in a hospital. I'm literally replacing the whole sink after paying a contractor to install it. Sad.
