Loved the bronze color. Ordering for store pickup was easy and efficient. The pick-up process was very organized and made pick-up an easy process. Parts were all intact. Instructions were present and easy to follow. There were no problems during the installation process. After installation all parts are working according to expectation.

Nice faucet, couldn’t use the spout though

This is a very nice looking faucet set. The spout was a little short and it barely cleared the edge of the tub. Also, it does not screw on, so it didn’t fit my existing plumbing. Rather than call a plumber, we simply reused the old spout. Works great and we’re happy with it so far.

Shower remodel

I like the design and oil rubbed bronze look. Purchased as part of a shower remodel, goes well with the new design.

Attractive and coordinated.

Remodeling our guest bath and updating from chrome to rubbed bronze. Chose Delta because we have similar Delta products in master bath and kitchen. Our experience is that they are more reliable than other brands and hold their look well. There are many accessories but one drawback is we would like to have had a choice on the showerhead in the package. We were forced to purchase one we wanted separately.

I was doing a complete remodel of all faucets in my home and purchased this item with the intent of hiring a plumber to install. When a third plumber finally came out to provide a quote, I was told I purchased the wrong item. I tried returning the unused item to Lowes and was told no. I asked if I could exchange it and was told no. I was over the 90 days by 20 days or 13 days if you count the delivery time once the online order was processed. A $546 mistake. Bye Lowes.

scratch and ding handles

I purchased these for our two bathrooms. When I opened the boxes everything looked great except the handle in both boxes. I would think if it was a packing or shipping issue something else would be scrached or dinged, but only the handles.

poor quality control

This is the second pair of the same fixtures that I have tried. Both sets in each purchase the handles have been dinged up and scratched. Maybe 1 but 4 boxes of the same item and only the handle in each box. Someone is not doing their job.
