Too expensive
This item is too expensive to only last three years. The water pressure is not strong enough and the shower head is leaking after only 3 years, not worth hundreds of dollars.

Not worth the money! The handheld head falls out unless the head is all the way up. It falls out if bumped. Not the quality I would expect from Delta!

The shower head is very substantial and has several water jets. Unfortunately, the color as shown on line doesn’t match the item. I was sad to have to send this back.

The spray button on the handheld broke within six uses, less than 2 months after installation. I was initially skeptical about this Delta shower head during unboxing due to the flimsy feel of the chrome Lumicoat material. it's extremely light and the button felt unusually flimsy & low quality to the touch. Let me first say I have installed multiple shower heads over the years- not rocket science. I bought this shower head, overall worked decent at first. Removed and put in a different shower, and it's constantly leaking. Went to Delta for "support" as their installation drawings do NOT detail multiple gasket/ring installation. Cannot find parts. Cannot find ANY detailed diagrams. You can find an authorized installer in your area. Useless. Thanks, Delta!
