Mind of it's own

I purchased this faucet with the battery pack only for a new house we were building. That ran out of power and to my horror, I discovered that the entire faucet will NOT TURN ON if the batteries are discharged. To make matters worse, I decided to get the extra part to change this to a wired product - more expense for an electrician and a plumber! Stylish Features

You do not need to have a special deep sink of special designed sink to make it work. It looked really nice in my kitchen with my sink. I love that this faucet is able to be turned on when you touch it, you do not have to turn the handle. Touch technology doesn’t work

This is a nice looking faucet but the touch technology doesn’t work. You pull the lever out to start water flow but it stops as you remove your hand from the lever, so you have to touch it again for the water to flow again. Sometimes, I’m not sure if it’s from water splashing or what but, the water will stop suddenly without touching it causing you to touch it again to resume water flow. Beyond Happy!!!

OMG Gorgeous faucet

Keeps breaking!

The faucet is so beautiful but the arm that holds the faucet in place keeps falling apart. It looks like it should just screw back in, but we can’t go a week without it falling out of place, sooo annoying.

Great faucet When it works

I purchased this in 2017. Within 6 weeks the touch sensor was not working properly. Same issue as many of the reviews here. Delta was great and sent me a new solenoid assembly. Because of the sink size and disposer, it was impossible for me to replace myself, and I paid a plumber to come back out and replace the part.
