Exceptionally frustrating back and forth

Installed these a few weeks ago now and have been going back and forth with Delta support since then due to only getting a trickle of water. The actual faucet has 2 additional lines ending in a cap that don't appear in any of the manuals, even the ones support keeps sending, and it appears sediment has gotten lodged here. Every time Delta support responds they give me the same instructions for flushing which assumes the aerator or cartridge got clogged, and they even sent a new cartridge which...
