Disappointing
One handle is impossible to move. I cannot turn the hot water side on without the whole base of the handle moving. Clearly there is a problem with this product as I've read multiple people having the same issue in their reviews. To me this is unacceptable. We bought this because we figured a Delta faucet would be high quality. Very disappointed.

Delta Sparrow
We purchased four sets of the Delta Sparrow bathroom widespread sink faucets. Our house was completed in May of 2024 and we moved in early June 2024. Within 7 months of using the faucets, the handles became too hard to turn and would result in the handle coming off. Delta has provided great customer service; however, all four sets have needed the handles replaced. Now one of the original replacements is becoming too tight resulting in the same issue.
