What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet's sleek, modern design and elegant finishes in matte black and champagne bronze, noting how it elevates bathroom aesthetics. Most highlight straightforward installation with clear instructions and helpful tools. However, some report handle durability concerns including loosening, popping off, or difficulty turning, with a few experiencing leaks from the handle area. Several also mention the matte finish shows smudges easily. Despite these issues, most customers find the stylish appearance and easy setup worthwhile.

Faulty design

Would Not Recommend

Handles tighten over time to the point they become useless. Clearly a faulty design as numerous reviewers report the same issue. We purchased two for a double sink and have an $800 replacement cost that includes two new faucets and install. Delta and Lowes, you need to pull these from the shelf.

Only lasted for 15 months

Would Not Recommend

Only lasted for 15 months. Handles falling off while turning off and on. Very pricey for no longer than it lasted..would not recommend!! It is in a Master BR and not a main BR that has lots of usage.
