The drywall anchors and augers that came with mine are made of plastic so soft they are unusable, even drilling properly sized pilot holes the hardware keeps breaking. Trying to drill an auger into the pilot hole it snapped in half and left half the auger in my wall, the dry wall anchors crush when trying to insert them into the pilot holes and are soft enough I can crush them with my hands.
