All plastic and too scary to install
Very disappointed. I bought this to replace an old tub spout that had internal rusting. I have always had good luck with Delta products. I ignored the one star reviews that had issues with the internal plastic piece cracking, leaking and causing water damage. I recieved this today and immediately sent it back. The shell is also plastic and could easily be broken if someone bumped it hard with their leg. It is very nice looking and has a very nice machined brass adapter, other than the dive...

Don't order online Customer Service is poor
When ordered it said 80 in stock and would be delivered in 27 Jan. Woke up to e-mail the next day saying it would be delivered 11 Feb and I can cancel it in mylowes if i no longer wanted it. Tried on line would work, chat wouldn't do it, 2 phone calls later was told to call the next day. Woke up the next day to an e-mail saying it shipped.
