sleek and handsome
It's as nice as it looks in the pictures. Sleek and smooth with clean lines. Package includes cartridge but valve must be purchased separately. In the product pictures it says to purchase the "-UNBX" valve, but google says it's functionally the same as lowes-distributed "-LBX" -- I'm about to find out!

Plug button will not come off!
I need to adjust the hot/cold water limit but am having the toughest time figuring out how to get the plug button off so I can unscrew the shower handle!!!!!! The plug button is adjacent to the handle and is a little circle that is almost seamless with the rest of the shower handle.
