Plug button will not come off!
I need to adjust the hot/cold water limit but am having the toughest time figuring out how to get the plug button off so I can unscrew the shower handle!!!!!! The plug button is adjacent to the handle and is a little circle that is almost seamless with the rest of the shower handle.

Satisfied with purchase though a little pricey
Pros: Decent & average shower flow for a water saving output head, solid adjustable ball socket, easily installed. Cons: Made of plastic, metal would be more durable, somewhat pricey.

Shower head

Solidly built but not right for my water pressure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get such a great name-brand showerhead. I truly thought this would replace my existing one well. In actuality, it provided a weaker flow regime than my less expensive one, and after three days of use, got clogged with something that further reduced the pressure. Note that I am on a well, and typical in-house pressure supplied is 40 psi. This couldn’t provide the same shower water pressure as my existing one sadly
