Nice if the chrome is ok

We bought 3 towel rods, 1 towel hoop and a toilet paper holder to match the Linden plumbing fixture we had just installed. They look nice but the toilet paper holder and 1 towel rod had small little specs where the chrome didn't adhere. I probably could have accepted them as is but I felt like in 6 months or so rust would creep underneath these spots. So I exchanged them and so far so good. Color Not a Perfect Match, No Template Included

The Delta champagne bronze line is a really nice line. The color is not really the warm bright gold that is trending right now, so if that's what you are looking for, you'll want to look elsewhere. However, we think the color is beautiful and looks so much classier in our bathroom than chrome. We are not disappointed with the color at all. Difficult to load, broke first try

Literally just installed today. Tried to remove it to load a roll of toilet paper, and pivot was stuck. With a bit of force trying to manipulate it, the inner plastic part broke. This was with the first time use, and as a dispenser, I would expect a bit of wear and tear, but breaking the first time is frustrating. I was gentle at first, but as it was not pivoting, adding a bit of force was too much for it to handle. I'll see if it can be repaired, but I may look at other designs. The color is n...

Not built last last

We selected Delta's linden collection when building our house a couple of years ago. While we enjoy it over all, the lever of the tissue holder has proven to be a frustrating accessory over time. A plastic piece where the lever joins the post on the wall appears to have cracked it now falls apart with each use. Damaged

After waiting over 1 month due to a shipping delay on Delta's part, our toilet paper holder has a giant deep scratch on it. Looks like someone took a bit out of the middle rod.

Nice product

This toilet paper holder is very nice. The chrome is really cleanly done and it matches our towel rack and faucet.

Machined incorrectly

The toilet paper holder I received was machined incorrectly so that if installed using the template it would not pivot in the correct direction. The only way to fix the problem would be to install the bracket crooked and try to get it close to pivoting. I’m returning this product for another style in the same finish.

It looks nice, but It lasted about a month

After a month of use, the arm falls of every time we change the tissue. The inner piece that holds the arm on is made of plastic with a small slot in it, The smallest side of the slot cracked and the plastic piece falls out along with the arm. Our contractor suggested we use only delta parts because of the great quality. Its is not a good quality product. Our other delta products are holding up fine. Now I am looking for a spring loaded tissue holder as this one was a waste of money.
