The pin which attached to the arm sheeted off after a couple weeks. Will be looking for a refund/replacement.

Nice but not long lasting.
My TP holder is about 5 years old. After about 4 years, the right side wall bracket and 'body' became loose and with the pivoting arm coming to rest on it, the weight eventually caused the body bracket to fall to the floor. This caused the plastic 'end cap' to break where the pivot arm rests. I glued it back together and kept using it. Cheaply made
Delta invest in some better quality screws. I had to use my own screws in the studs because they all strip. I even predrilled the holes with the recommended drill bit as recommended in the instructions. One of the brackets on mine is wobbly because the screw could not be tightened all the way down into the stud because it's completely stripped out. Even manually using a screw driver some of these screws were turning into metal shavings. I also think these are incredibly difficult to install co...

Poor Quality Finish
I have Lahara tissue, towel holder and faucet. Finish was good first year. After that, it started to bubble up on all three. Delta will not honor warranty. They are telling me using Windex caused this.
Difficult to follow instructions.
Extremely difficult to assemble.

I ordered the whole bathroom hardware set, which included this TP holder. The end piece pivots up with the rod, YOU CANNOT GET A ROLE OF TOILET PAPER ON. So maddening, I have no idea how a company can produce such a defective design. Buy something else.
