Color Misunderstanding
From the looks online and on the box, it looks like the shower head is matte black colored on the end where water comes out. When opening the box I realized it was more of a grey color. I was a bit bummed, as I had already bought other matte black-colored accessories thinking it would tie in. It’s not the end of the world, but I wasn’t sure if anyone else noticed this. Everything else works and is just fine!!

Products arrived opened and used.
Ordered 2 of these for delivery. Both of them were delivered visibly damaged and opened. One of them is missing the backplate. Unacceptable.

Attractive, functional set but low grade materials
The set is attractive and low key stylish. It looks nice in my bathroom and seems to work well. I was disappointed in the materials as it seemed the tub spout was made of plastic.
