Delta DeLuca Champagne Bronze 13-oz Capacity Deck-mount Soap and Lotion Dispenser

What Customers Are Saying

Reviewers praise the faucet's performance and durability, but express strong frustration with the included soap dispenser. Most report the pump mechanism fails within one to three years—with plastic handles snapping, plungers losing tension, and assemblies cracking—far sooner than previous models lasted. Many find it unacceptable that replacement pumps or internal parts are unavailable, forcing costly replacement of the entire unit despite the faucet remaining flawless. Some note difficulty matching finishes or using foam soap. Overall, customers feel the dispenser's cheap plastic construction contradicts the faucet's quality, leaving most disappointed with the accessory despite respecting the core product.
