This faucet looks great and was easy to install—but everything else about the experience was confusing. The biggest issue? It doesn’t come with the handle lever. That’s not obvious at the time of purchase, especially if you buy from Lowe’s. You’ll only figure it out when you open the box and realize a crucial part is missing. To make things even stranger, the lever handle isn’t available at Lowe’s either—you have to buy it directly from Delta. And when it arrives, it’s not even from the same t...

Durability vs. Looks

While the product looks great, the durability is not great....parts do not work property - such as pull lever between wand and faucet won't function and when the want is in off, water still comes out, and now the hose for the sprayer has a hole, but no part available to replace it.

Dripping problems never resolved

I have had this faucet for about 5 years and am on the 3 rd repair now. Next I will purchase a whole new freestanding faucet….probably not delta

Looks good but BEWARE of the 360 swivel.

This tub filler was expensive but decided to spend the money with new bathroom remodel only to find out that the spout has a 360 degree swivel. For the life of me can't understand why it would be made this way when so many others may swivel but have a set screw that can keep it from swiveling if you don't want it to do so. With something this expensive, that should be an option. Would have NEVER purchased this if we would have known there wasn't a set screw option.

Product Good; bad delivery and pre-requisite info

It took the product four weeks to be delivered. Upon arrival, the contractor asked why it didn't come with rough-ins. In fine print, it said the rough-ins weren't included; but for the price of the faucet, they should have been. It became very expensive to have contractors keep waiting for everything during our bath remodel. If you order this, I suggest planning months in advance. It was brutal.

Leaks!

I love the aesthetic of the faucet. Unfortunately the hand shower has leaked since day 1. Have had the installing plumber out various times to fix the issue, but it seems to be a mechanical issue.

Leaks for days

This faucet has leaked since day 1. Eventually it got so bad that the handle just kept spinning and wouldn’t shut off the water at all. We had to shut the water off to that bathroom. The plumber removed the handle and there were metal shavings falling out of it. Right now we can’t use it a all.

The faucet leaks at the diverter value. I have to put the sprayer into the bathtub due to the constant flow of water. Delta is supposed to send a replacement part so that I can repair it. This item is much too expensive to have this problem.

People should read

It says no handle or rough in valve included on the description. I would buy something like this from a plumbing store like Locke though. You get better faucets there anyway.
