Great product for the price
It is compact and fits perfectly in the previous fan cutout.

NOT 120-CFM
Bought this specifically because we wanted a 100-CFM+ fan. Turns out this one is only 50-CFM. Lowes' needs to update their website, as it's correct on the Delta website, per the part number. Buyer do your own research.
Good but not so quiet
We have a .7 sone exhaust fan in an nearby bathroom and this is much more audible that that one. Had it professionally installed due to tight quarters in attic and it's attractive and the dimmable LED light is to me an important feature.

Little Pricey but fan is very quiet
Fan is super quiet I like that. The Led light is way too bright for a small bathroom without a separate dimmer switch which I do not have so i left the light unplugged. May return the fan if I can find one with a regular bulb spot.
