Great! But not the best for frequent guest use

It was easier than some other products to install without access from above because you can remove the fan unit from the housing, mount the housing, then install the fan. It is quiet enough to be unobtrusive but has enough noise so you know it is on by the sound if your switch is not close enough to the fan to see the LEDs. Quiet - Functional

The Fan is pretty quiet when running. The auto humidity function of this fan seems to be fairly reliable to run when the room is humid. It is in a basement bathroom and so far runs most of the time and it's quiet enough we don't notice it is on. I cant really say for sure how efficient it is but I believe it is helping.

Very nice fan

I am very happy with this fan. It is so quiet I can't even tell it's on without getting right up on it and feeling for the breeze. I wish the LED was easier to see, but I am still very happy with it.

Excellent product, easy install

The install was smooth and exactly what you would expect with no surprises. The humidity sensor feature to automatically turn itself on/off is great and the amount of air movement is impressive for how quiet the unit is- the bathroom mirror does not even have the smallest bit of fog on it following a shower! Highly recommend this fan.

Good fan

+ Nice fan, easy to install, adjustable humidity, -for some reason, unlike a different Delta Breez we own, this requires two switches to fully work(4 wires). With only one switch you can only connect either high or auto fan speed. We connected the auto because really that’s all we need. On auto you can select either 0 or 50cfm, when humidity hits the set level between 50-80 it’ll crank up to 80cfm. Quieter than I was expecting

I have replaced several bath fans before, but this one seemed to be the easiest to install. It included the rails for installation, which don't always come with them (in my experience). It even included the screws, which saves time and stress finding screws to install it. My plan was to replace a previous builder-installed Broan fan. One thing I noticed is that the older Broan fan vent plate was installed with screws, instead of the spring clips. The clips make removal for cleaning, etc much...

great Unit

I picked this Ventilation Fan because of the humidity sensing mode. I replaced a smaller 70 cfm fan. The problem I had was that the older fan was smaller in size and I had no access to the attic. I had to remove the old box from below and it was very difficult to do because it was installed prior to sheetrocking with screws. But after I removed it I had no problem installing the new fan. After it was installed I ran it and found it was very quite.

Quiet

This is a very attractive ventilation unit, runs quietly, and removes a lot of moisture. The instructions tell how to install the unit in a new construction, in an existing structure that does not have an existing ventilation system, and how to replace an existing system. This unit allows you to remove the humidity sensor if you do not want that function. If you have to get up in the attic for the install, a second person would be very helpful. Bath fan

It was very easy to install in a modern home. It’s much quieter than my old one, my wife knew something was different, but couldn’t put her finger on it. Till she realized there was no rattling from the ceiling. A much improved ventilation in my bathroom. Easy to follow directions.
