No good junk
I will echo the review by Jack2026 29 days ago Plastic Junk Terrible product. The coupling that connects the shower head to your shower arm is made of plastic, so as I was carefully hand-tightening (per the instructions), it broke. Completely useless. When I called the Delta support, the person told me I should have used Teflon tape which the instructions do not include. Very expensive to throw out

Disappointed. Low water pressure
I bought this specifically for the advertised high water pressure. It fails in this department. Terrible. My old raggedy shower head was better. If I hadn’t thrown away the box, I would return it.
