DELTA®-FL is a dimpled, heavy-duty, gray plastic membrane for concrete and slab-on-grade floors that helps to keep moisture out of your basement. The membrane provides a significantly more comfortable floor. DELTA®-FL protects sensitive materials by providing a reliable capillary break and vapor barrier. In a conventional basement, dry air in the living space acts as a “magnet” for water vapor migrating up through the concrete. The air gap created by DELTA®-FL allows the water vapor pressure above and below the concrete slab to equalize, while preventing the moisture from migrating further inwards. Hence, moisture does not affect the flooring material and your basement area stays dry and comfortable. The membrane also provides a thermal break, which increases the comfort in your basement and makes the floor feel warmer.

Fast and easy to install
Non-allergenic
Creates a sealed vapor barrier subfloor that prevents moisture rise and makes basements feel warm and dry
Laminates can be installed directly on DELTA-FL
Provides a strong, even subfloor
Makes floors feel warmer
Offers minimal reduction in headroom; adds only 5/16-in (8-mm) height to the floor

Order delayed

Would Not Recommend

Can’t say anything about the product but I’m giving Lowes a poor review. Ordered several weeks ago. Only after the expected delivery date did I get a status of “order delayed”. Should have listened to the other reviews.

Never arrived

Would Not Recommend

I placed the order a couple weeks ago. It says there are hundreds currently available to ship, but that is a lie. The expected delivery date was last week. The tracker was stuck on the first step, says it never shipped, and now the tracker is gone. Just says “Order delayed” with no expected date. Now Lowe’s has my money and I have nothing. Terribly disappointing.

Not ready to ship

Would Not Recommend

Why does Lowes list 5000+ available and shipping in about a week if this is not actually available? Ordered this item and got an expected delivery date but the status never got beyond processing order. I later noticed that there were already two reviews saying that they have been waiting for over a month for this item. Why not just state that the shipping date is unknown so that I can order something else if I can't for an unknown period of time? What a waste of time!

Never shipped

Would Not Recommend

Ordered on Dec 7th 2025, 5 weeks later it hasnt even shipped yet. Lowe's customer support just keeps telling me to wait a week. Bizarre experience. Do not order if you need this in a reasonable timeframe.

Still waiting on shipment from the supplier

Order on December 23, and it's now January 9th and I still haven't gotten my shipment. If you have a tight schedule for getting a project done, don't expect the supplier to provide you materials in time.

A must for a basement subfloor

Very easy to handle and apply. In my opinion, this product is a must for a basement subfloor. It provides a good vapor barrier and an insulation gap between the subfloor and the cold concrete.

Product is easy to work with.

Would Recommend

It would have been nice if the product had a taping flange, but it works fine without it. Product cuts very easily.
